After going through a series of audits, assessments and interviews, we were delighted to have achieved the coveted accreditation. Investors In People measures performance against a framework that looks at ‘Leading, Supporting and Improving’. It looks for evidence that leaders are inspiring people and communicating clearly, embodying the company’s values and behaviours at all time and empowering people to get involved. Our accreditation also shows our commitment to managing performance, rewarding our employees as well as delivering continuous improvement and creating sustainable success.
